Bulk solids through to final guard filtration. Every element is available in custom lengths, micron ratings, end-cap styles and media on request.

01 — String wound depth cartridge

Clarywound Extreme

Precision CNC winding builds a gradient of diamond-shaped tunnels that tighten from the outer diameter toward the core. Open outer layers catch coarse solids; tighter inner layers trap the fines. The result is depth filtration with real dirt-holding capacity rather than a surface that blinds.

A rigid single-piece injection-moulded core resists collapse under differential pressure. Every batch is tested against calibrated test dust to verify its rated efficiency. No resin binders, lubricants, antistatic or release agents anywhere in the construction.

02 — Meltblown depth cartridge

RO Protect Extreme

Melt-blown polypropylene spun into a graded pore structure over a sturdy core. Seamless and unwelded along its full length, with thermally sealed end caps — no binders, surfactants or adhesives that can leach into the filtrate or break down in service.

An optional grooved outer pattern raises effective surface area, which drops clean pressure differential and extends the interval between change-outs. Made from 100 % virgin polypropylene for broad chemical and thermal compatibility.

03 — High-efficiency pleated element

Clarypleat HE

Components are thermally bonded, so there is no surfactant or binder to break down, leach out or let the media channel under load. At least 0.6 m² of filtration area per 10 inches of length means high efficiency at high flow with a low clean pressure drop.

Autoclavable and in-situ steam sterilisable at 121 °C, built from FDA-compliant raw materials. This is the element for a line that gets validated rather than merely specified — food and beverage, DI water, pharmaceutical process water.

04 — High-flow element

Clarypleat HF

A six-inch element carrying up to 110 m³/h on its own. One HF cartridge replaces a bank of 2.5-inch elements, which means a smaller vessel, less capital in the skid and a change-out measured in minutes rather than hours.

Flow runs inside-out, so everything the element has captured leaves the housing inside the cartridge — the filtrate is not contaminated during the change. Available in pleated polypropylene to 82 °C, or pleated glass microfibre to 121 °C for hot condensate and recovery duty.

05 — Welded liquid filter bag

ClaryFil Bag

Needle-felt polypropylene with a glazed finish that holds fibre shedding down, welded at bottom, seam and collar. There is no sewn thread line to bypass or split under load — zero bypass, zero fibre migration.

High dirt-holding capacity on both solid and gelatinous particles, at high flow with minimal pressure drop. Polyester felt for higher temperatures, nylon monofilament mesh where the solids are to be recovered rather than discarded.
